These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and qk44 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the qk44 website located at https://qk44.bio, including all content, features, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and payment services made available through the Platform.
By registering an account, logging in to the Platform, or otherwise accessing or using any part of qk44's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been opened.

Section 1
Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements apply to all users of the qk44 Platform. Registration or continued use of the Platform constitutes your representation that all of the following conditions are met.
- You are at least 21 years of age. qk44 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, log in, deposit, place bets, or collect winnings. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be closed immediately and any pending withdrawals will be void.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial organisation.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of qk44 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
- You will maintain only one active account on qk44. Registering more than one account per person, per household, or per IP address is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

Account Registration and Security
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. qk44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided.
- You must provide a valid mobile number and email address during registration. These contact details will be used to send account notifications, password recovery codes, and KYC verification requests. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date in your account settings.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify qk44 support immediately via the contact email provided on this site. qk44 will not be liable for losses that occurred prior to the receipt of your notification.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. qk44 may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- qk44 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on qk44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). qk44 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer methods. Supported payment methods may change at any time at qk44's discretion.
- Deposits are credited to your qk44 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. qk44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues outside of its control.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 to 5 business days but may vary.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. These limits may vary by payment method and account status. Current limits are displayed in the wallet section of your account after login.
- qk44 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the qk44 account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be returned, minus any processing fees incurred.
- qk44 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of any funds deposited. Refusal or failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the reversal of associated transactions.
Section 4
Bonuses and Promotions
qk44 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are subject to change without notice. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, and per device. Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
- qk44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is credited to an account in error, qk44 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion details. Free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
qk44 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or card game formats.
- Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, harvest bonuses, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine human gameplay.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any transaction that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction. qk44 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and will report suspicious financial activity as required.
- Registering more than one account, providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another person or entity in connection with any activity on the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at qk44 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
Section 6
Responsible Gaming
qk44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides account-level tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options that players can access from their account settings after login. qk44 strongly encourages all players to use these tools to maintain control over their gambling activity.
The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, we urge you to use the self-exclusion feature in your account settings, stop playing immediately, and seek assistance from a qualified support organisation. qk44 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and without exception. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qk44 limits its liability to players and third parties as described in the clauses below. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
- qk44 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, even if qk44 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- qk44 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily affect service availability. qk44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
- In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect odds display resulting from a technical fault, qk44 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the error and return stakes to the players' accounts. qk44 is not obligated to honour winnings derived from a demonstrably erroneous outcome caused by a technical failure.
Section 8
Amendments and Governing Law
qk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qk44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which qk44 operates. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
